A credit is the one unit you spend in ALK, with a fixed price for every action. Documents: 1 credit per 5 pages, charged once when a document is added. Workflows: 3 credits per run (one run is one decision, such as a case triaged). Analyst: 5 credits per query, or 4 credits per bank statement extracted from a PDF you upload into Analyst. Pulse: 5 credits per dashboard run, the same as an Analyst query. Chat: 1 credit per message or upload. For example, adding a 40-page document (8 credits) and running a workflow on it (3 credits) uses 11 credits.

Use the calculator on this page. As a guide, adding a 40-page document and running a workflow on it uses 11 credits, so the 1,000 credit plan covers about 90 of them each month.

Once, when you add them, at 1 credit per 5 pages. Running a workflow or asking Analyst about a document you have already added does not charge for its pages again.

Yearly plans pay for 10 months and get 12. On the 1,000 credit plan that is $49 a month instead of $59 (USD).

ALK supports PDF, PNG, JPEG, DOCX, TXT, MD, CSV and Excel files. What each product takes depends on the job it does. Workflows are built for documents, so they work with PDFs, images, Word and text files. Analyst also takes CSV and Excel files, and it is where bank statements are extracted. Chat takes PDFs, Word docs, images, CSV and Excel files, and it is best for quick, one-off answers that don't need a full audit trail or decision trace.

Yes. ALK reads scanned and typed documents, including images, signatures, tables and handwriting. Every answer comes with citations, and bounding boxes show exactly where on the page each piece of data came from, so you can trace it back to the source.

Never. Your documents and data stay yours. ALK does not train models on customer data, and nothing you upload is used to improve anyone else's product.

Only what you connect, and only within the permissions you set. Role-based access controls who sees what, and the audit log records every action taken in your workspace.

The people you invite, at the level you choose: full access, edit, or view-only. Admins manage roles and permissions, and the audit trail keeps a record of every change.
